Information is sourced from public databases, government APIs and partner integrations.
GaadiInfo charges a platform service fee for challan payment facilitation:

Service fees are non-refundable once a transaction is submitted, except where the challan amount is not settled — see the Refund Policy for details.
Vehicle information, challan details, RC data and insurance status are sourced from government databases (Parivahan/VAHAN), traffic police portals and third-party APIs. GaadiInfo acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data; cross-verify critical information on official government portals. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, providing accurate vehicle and personal information, and not misusing the platform for fraudulent purposes.
Services are provided on an as-is basis; total liability for any claim is capped at the service charges you paid in the preceding 3 months. All platform content and trademarks belong to GaadiInfo. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
