These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vehicore Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U63119DL2026PTC464704, GSTIN: 07AAMCV0241R1ZT), a Private Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, operating the brand "GaadiInfo" at https://gaadiinfo.com ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

⚠️ GaadiInfo is operated by a private company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government authority, including Parivahan, mParivahan, or MoRTH.

1. Use of Services

GaadiInfo provides vehicle-related information services including RC search, e-challan status check, challan payment assistance, insurance comparison, FASTag recharge, car buying/selling assistance, and related services. The information is sourced from public databases, government APIs, and partner integrations.

2. Data Usage & Privacy

We collect and process vehicle registration numbers, personal details, and transaction data solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with our verified service partners (insurance providers, payment gateways) only to fulfill your service requests. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

3. Service Charges

GaadiInfo charges a platform service fee for challan payment facilitation. The current fee is a flat ₹199 GaadiInfo Service Fee per challan payment transaction, plus 18% GST (₹35.82), totalling ₹234.82. This fee covers our costs for challan lookup, payment processing, and dedicated customer support. It is not a government levy, court fee, or legal charge — it is exclusively a private platform facilitation fee charged by GaadiInfo.

The complete fee breakdown (Challan Amount + ₹199 Service Fee + GST) is displayed transparently in the Order Summary before you confirm payment. Service fees are non-refundable once the transaction is submitted, except where the challan amount is not settled (see Refund Policy).

All prices shown on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes are added as stated.

4. Third-Party Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Vehicle information, challan details, RC data, insurance status, and other data displayed on the platform are sourced from government databases (Parivahan/VAHAN), traffic police portals, and third-party APIs. GaadiInfo acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such third-party data.

Users are advised to cross-verify critical information from official government portals. GaadiInfo shall not be held liable for any discrepancies, errors, or outdated information from external data sources.

5. Refund Policy

Service charges collected by GaadiInfo are non-refundable once the transaction has been processed and submitted to the government/payment gateway. In case of a failed transaction where the challan amount was debited but not settled with the government portal:

The challan amount (excluding service charge) will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Users must raise a refund request within 48 hours of the failed transaction by contacting support.
For duplicate payments, refunds will be processed after verification within 10 business days.

For accessory purchases, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Shipping charges for returns are borne by the buyer.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate vehicle and personal information. Misuse of the platform for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

GaadiInfo provides information and services on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service charges paid by you in the preceding 3 months. We are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on third-party data or services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the platform belong to GaadiInfo. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
