GaadiInfo is a privately operated platform and is not affiliated with any government authority. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. GaadiInfo offers vehicle RC detail lookup using publicly available government data via RC Search, e-challan search and status checks, car and bike insurance comparison and purchase facilitation, FASTag recharge facilitation, new car information with prices and specifications, car service history reports, used-car selling facilitation, and a car and bike accessories marketplace.

GaadiInfo acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the products, services or policies of these partners.
You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform only for lawful purposes, not attempt unauthorised access, not use bots or scrapers, and comply with applicable Indian laws. Vehicle information is sourced from government databases (Parivahan/VAHAN) and third-party providers, is provided as-is, and should be verified independently for critical decisions.
Payments are processed securely by gateway partners; prices are in INR inclusive of applicable taxes, and GaadiInfo does not store your card details. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GaadiInfo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the specific service. You agree to indemnify GaadiInfo against claims arising from your misuse of the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
